As an Account Manager, you are responsible for servicing member accounts and assuring profitability of each assigned account. You will maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring products in order to be able to educate and service Members and Clients. You will also possess the ability to inspire the trust of others with respect, morals and accepting responsibility for your own actions.

Job Requirements

By the end of your first year:

  • Upholding the values and principles and goals of ProSource of Richmond, you will have built and maintained a positive relationship with 125 – 150 Trade Pro Members and their Clients with the goal of making ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
  • Through leads provided to you by ProSource, leads you have found locally, and web leads, you will have Prospected and brought many new Members into the ProSource family.
  • You will have gained a vast knowledge of flooring, cabinet, and countertop knowledge by attending training, vendor events, and researching existing and new products in order to meet the needs of Members and their Clients with ProSource solutions.
  • You will have built a strong, supportive partnership with an energetic group of team players who have LOT of fun at work, and you will look forward to working with us for years to come.
